B*s’ Birthday
Jan 31st
Masha pabien for B*s, a Livenews visitor from the first hour, aswel as good friend, ex-housemate, record-breaking-Barcelona-visitor and maybe best known as the person that won a fight with Marius (in 2.1 seconds). Today is his third 29th birthday, as he describes it. Congratulations my friend!
Sushi
Jan 30th
Had some great food tonight… Celebrating Hieke’s birthday in this all-you-can-eat-for-15-euro sushi bar. Amazing! Not in the last place because I was having diner with three beautiful women.
I’ve been following the news on the U.S. elections lately, and I decided I’d love to see Obama becoming the next president. The only Republican candidate which I like a bit is Huckabee – I just don’t whish for another Republican president. With the Democrats both Clinton and Obama will do, but I don’t like the Clinton-machine. Obama seems more natural. Funny that the Democrats can choose between a woman and an african-american. That’s something that even in The Netherlands never happened.
Spring is coming
Jan 29th
As you can see we’ve added some old-fashion stuff to Livenews, like the weatherbitchies… They’ll compare the weather between Marius’ and my location, muhahaha. And that’s important, especially because spring is coming here in Barcelona. Unbelievable how the sun is getting stronger and how the temperature rises every day, while it’s still winter. My morning ritual is back: having a coffee in the sun on my balcony. Whaaa how I love this climate.
Enough about the weather, I should get back to work.
Agenda 2008
Jan 28th
Well, Marius and me have at least two appointments for this year:
- June 28, 19:00, Barcelona: JACK JOHNSON
- December 17, 20:00, Gouda: ACDA & DE MUNNIK
Maybe, when you’re getting older, you’re starting to plan ahead… Hehe

I’ve been thinking for a while now. It’s a lovely feeling, when you feel your mind is working on something, but you don’t know what exactly yet. But it’s a little annoying too. It’s like sitting on the toilet, and you have no idea when your poop is coming. I also wonder exactly what my mind is doing. I mean, I have a general idea what it’s about, but it still lacks shape. You just catch yourself staring at the dark ceiling with your arms crossed. I know it’s related to the future, to what to do, what not to do. I think. Let’s see what comes out. Maybe it will be a bright, life-changing concept of ideas. Then again, it might just be a pile of shit.
